The log book can be used to set your goals and will help you to keep track of your progress. It also gives some useful tips on equipment to take to training and to galas and provides information on nutrition and warm-up exercises.


Please keep a record of your times.


You can find these at and by entering your membership no. or family name. It will give you the venue, the date and the level of the competition.
